How Our Process Works
We use AdvancedMD for secure online intake. This ensures your personal information is protected and helps us match you with the right provider efficiently.
To get started online:
1. Click the “Start Online Intake” button below
2. Register a new account in the AdvancedMD portal
3. Fill in your personal information, including basic health history and insurance details
4. Submit your intake form to schedule your first session
Once your intake is complete, a member of our team will contact you to confirm your appointment and answer any questions.
Telehealth Therapy Across West Virginia
We offer secure telehealth sessions, so you can access therapy and counseling from anywhere in the state. This includes individual, teen, and couples therapy.
No matter where you are in West Virginia, you can receive the same compassionate care as our in-office clients.
Insurance Information
We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including:
Wellpoint, Humana, Military / Tricare East, BC/BS, Medicaid, Medicare, UMR, UHC, Aetna, Aetna Better Health
Important: Being in-network with these providers does not guarantee that services are free. Co-pays, deductibles, or other charges may still apply. Our team can help you understand your coverage during the intake process.
